• Create excellent drinks consistently while delivering warm, confident hospitality at the bar.
• Manage the bar top professionally and attentively, maintaining speed and accuracy during peak hours.
• Take ownership of bar setup, cleanliness, organization, and breakdown.
• Follow recipes and portion standards.
• Reduce waste and monitor inventory.
• Communicate needs proactively.
• Work closely with servers and the kitchen to keep service flowing.
• Uphold company standards for safety, cleanliness, and guest experience.
