About The Position

The Assistant Manager oversees all aspects of running a Kwik Trip retail and food location in the Sturtevant/Mount Pleasant area. The role includes leading store operations and managing a team of 20–60 coworkers. Assistant Managers are typically scheduled for 45 hours over five workdays and receive time and a half for additional hours worked over 40 in a week. The shift is variable.
