About The Position

Licensed Practical Nurse needed for a travel assignment in long-term care (LTC) in Albuquerque, NM. The 12-week engagement starts on 09/21/2026, with guaranteed 36 hours per week. Shifts are 12 hours long, three days per week (3x12-hour days). Weekly pay ranges from $757 to $798, and the position operates in a LTC - Nursing Home setting.

Requirements

• Active LPN license (state of New Mexico) or license-eligible for NM
• Graduation from an approved practical nursing program
• Ability to work the 12-hour shift schedule and participate in a travel assignment
• Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work effectively in a team

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in alignment with the plan of care under supervision of a registered nurse or physician.
• Administer prescribed medications and treatments per orders and facility policy.
• Monitor residents’ vital signs, assess changes, and document findings; report significant changes promptly.
• Assist with activities of daily living, basic procedures within scope, and ongoing resident comfort and safety.
• Document assessments, interventions, and resident responses; participate in care planning and interdisciplinary communication.
• Promote patient safety, infection control, and quality of life for residents in a fast-paced LTC setting.
