About The Position

This is a travel assignment for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Long Term Care (LTC) located in Goffstown, New Hampshire. The assignment begins on 09/07/2026 and is guaranteed for 40 hours per week. The shift is an evening shift, from 3:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., within a nursing home setting. This is a temporary assignment facilitated by Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Requirements

Active Practical Nursing license (LPN) in New Hampshire or eligibility per state requirements; ability to provide competent care.
Graduation from an accredited practical nursing program; Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification.
Strong communication and documentation skills; ability to work effectively in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to pass background check and pre-employment drug screen as part of the hiring process.

Nice To Haves

Previous long-term care or skilled nursing facility experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to residents under the supervision of the nursing team.
Administer medications and document accurately in patient records according to policy.
Monitor resident status, vital signs, and changes; report issues promptly to the care team.
Assist with activities of daily living and mobility, promoting safety and dignity.
Maintain infection control standards and ensure safe medication administration practices.
Collaborate with RNs, charge nurses, and the interdisciplinary team to implement and adjust care plans.
