About The Position

CLFC Healthcare and Communications is hiring a W-2 per diem Licensed Practical Nurse for Wayne County's 192-bed skilled nursing and rehabilitation facility in Lyons, New York. The facility is rated High Performing in Long-Term Care by U.S. News Best Nursing Homes 2025 and has an RN on every shift. The LPN runs medications and treatments on an assigned unit, supports residents and CNAs, and works with on-site leadership. The role offers a schedule chosen by the nurse, with no minimum hours; shifts are selected through the BRIDGE App. Nurses may work two shifts a month or twenty, and twelve-hour shifts may be available. Orientation is paid at the nurse's rate. Compensation is $38.00 to $42.00 per hour, with experience setting the rate within the range and nights and weekends paid at the top of the range. Pay is weekly. Overtime over 40 hours and all ten County holidays are paid at time and a half. If the facility cancels a confirmed shift two hours or less before its start, four hours are paid; cancellations with more notice are removed from the schedule. CLFC reimburses New York license renewal and CPR renewal, supports continuing education and certifications, and offers up to $1,500 per year in tuition assistance toward an RN. A $500 referral bonus is available for bringing a nurse or aide onto the roster. The employer arranges and pays for fingerprinting, immunizations, screening, and license verification. Paid sick leave accrues under New York law, and professional liability insurance covers every shift. The role is covered by the terms described in the posting; the program terms are provided in writing before acceptance. A Program Manager is available to assist with scheduling and pay questions. CLFC staffs nursing and clinical roles for government healthcare clients and gives rostered nurses priority consideration for new assignments.
