Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Rehabilitation

About The Position
The Licensed Practical Nurse provides direct and indirect patient care through the nursing process of assessment, planning, intervention, and evaluation. The LPN develops care plans in coordination with patients, families, and interdisciplinary staff; communicates changes in patients’ clinical conditions to physicians, nursing supervisors or managers, and coworkers; and participates in discharge planning. This is a full-time day position with three 12-hour shifts. An optional sign-on bonus of up to $7,500 is offered.
Requirements
- Active Wisconsin or compact-state LPN license; relocating employees must update licensure to their new Primary State of Residence before employment begins.
- AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire.
- Associate's degree required.
- Critical thinking skills and decisive judgment.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and appropriately respond in a stressful environment.

- One year of previous experience preferred.
