About The Position
Signature HealthCARE of Terre Haute is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for its 176-bed facility. The organization provides skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home-based services, with a focus on person-directed, patient-centered care and quality outcomes. The LPN delivers compassionate nursing services to patients and residents, supervises the day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants, and helps ensure nursing personnel follow facility policies and procedures. Requirements
- Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
- Hold current, active CPR certification.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and productivity.
- Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining high-quality, compassionate care.
- Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
- Operate in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
- Confirm that assigned nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures.
