About The Position

Harrodsburg Health & Rehab Center is a 112-bed center providing short-term rehabilitative and long-term care, with clinical care programs and physical, occupational, and speech therapies. The center is part of Signature HealthCARE, a family-based healthcare company offering integrated services across multiple states, including skilled nursing, rehabilitation, assisted and memory care, and home-based services.

The Licensed Practical Nurse delivers high-quality, compassionate nursing services to patients and residents. The role supervises the day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants, follows applicable federal, state, and local standards and regulations, and ensures assigned nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures. Full-time night-shift LPNs are offered a $7,500 sign-on bonus.

Requirements

• Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
• Hold current, active CPR certification.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and productivity.
• Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining the highest degree of quality and compassionate care.
• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
• Confirm that assigned nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures.
