The Licensed Practical Nurse delivers nursing services to patients and residents, maintains quality and compassionate care, supervises the day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants, and ensures nursing personnel comply with facility policies and procedures. The role operates in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as direction from the Director of Nursing.

Requirements

• Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
• Hold current, active CPR certification.
• Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and maintain multiple projects while sustaining quality and productivity.
• Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining high-quality, compassionate care.
• Supervise the day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
