About The Position

Signature HealthCARE of South Louisville is a 100-bed facility providing short- and long-term skilled care, intermediate care, and inpatient and outpatient therapies. The Licensed Practical Nurse delivers high-quality, compassionate nursing services to patients and residents, supervises the day-to-day activities of assigned nursing assistants, and ensures nursing personnel follow facility policies and procedures. The role operates in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, as well as direction from the Director of Nursing. The position is presented as part of a hiring event. Requirements

Possess an active nursing license in the state of residence.
Hold a current, active CPR certification.
Demonstrate strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Have excellent organizational skills and the ability to prioritize, coordinate, and manage multiple projects while maintaining quality and productivity.
Have excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills, and the ability to maintain confidentiality.

Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining a high standard of quality and compassionate care.
Supervise the day-to-day activities performed by assigned nursing assistants.
Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations, and as required by the Director of Nursing.
Confirm that assigned nursing personnel comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.
