About The Position

The Atrium at Navesink Harbor, a Springpoint Senior Living community in Red Bank, New Jersey, is seeking full-time and part-time Licensed Practical Nurses. LPNs provide quality nursing care to residents and supervise daily nursing activities performed by CNAs. Sign-on bonuses are offered: $3,500 for full-time and $2,000 for part-time positions.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid New Jersey LPN license.
• CPR certification.

Nice To Haves

• Two or more years of experience in a long-term care or sub-acute setting.

Responsibilities

• Assume responsibility and accountability for the direct delivery of nursing services.
• Provide medications and treatments to residents.
• Make nursing rounds and assist with physician rounds.
• Respond to emergency calls throughout the community.
• Supervise direct care provided to residents by CNAs/CHHAs.
• Complete required documentation accurately and promptly.
• Maintain residents’ privacy, confidentiality, and dignity.
• Assist with resident assessments and coordinate residents’ plans of care.
