About The Position

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) delivers quality nursing care to patients through interpersonal contact and provides care and services to support patients in attaining or maintaining the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being, in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and Life Care standards. The role includes monitoring and reporting changes in patients’ conditions and assigning duties, instructing, and providing clinical supervision to CNAs. A $10,000 sign-on bonus is offered for the night shift.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited LPN program.
• Currently licensed or registered in the applicable state.
• Maintain an active Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN) license in good standing throughout employment.
• CPR certification upon hire or obtained during orientation; certification must remain current during employment.
• Make independent decisions when circumstances warrant.
• Knowledgeably and competently deliver quality nursing care to patients.
• Exhibit excellent customer service and a positive attitude toward patients.

Nice To Haves

• One year of skilled nursing experience preferred.
