About The Position

Willowdale Village is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for a full-time position, with all shifts available. Eligible LPNs can earn a $7,500 sign-on bonus paid over two years; terms and conditions apply. In this role, you will build meaningful relationships by learning about residents’ and staff members’ life stories. You will use your nursing skills to promote residents’ physical and psychosocial well-being. The role calls for a supportive presence, leadership and teamwork, collaboration with nursing and other facility teams, and interpersonal communication that helps maintain a respectful, positive work environment. Requirements

Current and valid Licensed Practical Nurse license in Indiana.
Proficient medication management skills.
Ability to conduct thorough assessments and accurately document changes in resident condition.
Strong passion for geriatric nursing and commitment to senior care excellence.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrates Compassion, Accountability, Relationships and Excellence.
