About The Position
This is a travel assignment for a Licensed Practical Nurse in Long Term Care located in Santa Fe, New Mexico. The assignment starts on 09/08/2026 and lasts for 13 weeks. Requirements

- Willingness to work a 3x12-hour shift schedule
- Ability to commit to a 13-week assignment
- Comfortable working in a long-term care setting
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and monitor residents per individualized care plans.
- Perform routine nursing assessments, vital signs, wound checks, and document findings in the electronic record.
- Respond to call lights; assist with activities of daily living; support resident safety and hygiene.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to update care plans and communicate changes to families and physicians.
- Ensure accurate nursing notes, MAR accuracy, and timely escalation of clinical concerns.
- Maintain infection control standards and uphold patient safety throughout all care activities.
