Requirements

• Ability to work a 3x12-hour night shift schedule.
• Willingness to perform travel assignment in a skilled nursing facility setting.
• Demonstrated ability to follow physician orders, care plans, and documentation standards.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills for collaboration with RNs, CNAs, and other staff.
• Ability to pass required background checks and comply with travel assignment policies.
• Eligible to work in the United States and meet travel assignment requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting under the direction of the supervising nurse.
• Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and facility policy.
• Monitor residents’ condition, document vital signs, and report changes promptly to the care team.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments and participate in care planning with the interdisciplinary team.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and support safe mobility and transfers.
• Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record and ensure compliance with regulatory standards and safety protocols.
