About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a part-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults through its EmpowerMe 360 integrated model of care. The role supports residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives through therapy, wellness services, and coordination with medical providers. The position involves conducting assessments, creating personalized care plans, and delivering evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team. It also includes wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, telehealth support, and contributing to program development and continuous quality improvement. The role offers predictable schedules with no late nights or constant driving, as well as opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, and professional development.
Requirements
- Current professional license in the relevant therapy discipline, including PTA.
