About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a part-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults as part of its EmpowerMe 360 integrated model of care. This model connects therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives. The role involves delivering care, coordinating with caregivers and other providers, and helping residents build confidence and independence.

• Current professional license in the applicable therapy discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services for older adults.
