About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a part-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy and wellness services for older adults as part of its integrated EmpowerMe 360 model. The model connects therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives. The role includes therapy, care coordination, and wellness check-ins, with a focus on helping residents improve independence, confidence, and satisfaction. The position offers predictable schedules, no late nights, and no constant driving. Team members work in a supportive, team-focused culture with opportunities for career growth, cross-training, leadership, specialty programs, and professional development. The hourly pay range is $35.00–$42.00.

- Current professional license in the applicable therapy discipline, including PTA.

Responsibilities
- Provide therapy and wellness services for older adults.
- Conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team.

- Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with company initiatives.
- Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement.
