About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults through EmpowerMe 360, an integrated care model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers. The role supports residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives through individualized care and a collaborative approach.

The position combines direct therapy with care coordination and wellness activities. It offers predictable scheduling, with no late nights or constant driving, and opportunities to contribute to program development, quality improvement, and professional growth. The position is part-time.

Requirements

• Current professional license in the therapy discipline; the posting lists PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services to older adults.
