About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a part-time Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults in senior living communities. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers to help residents live stronger, safer, and more independent lives.

The position combines therapy with care coordination and wellness check-ins. The assistant works collaboratively to support residents’ independence, confidence, and satisfaction, while contributing to program development and continuous quality improvement. Schedules are described as predictable, with no late nights or constant driving.

Requirements

• Current professional license in the relevant therapy discipline, including PTA.
• Passion for empowering seniors to live their best lives.
• Strong clinical skills and a collaborative spirit.
• Interest in teamwork, connection, and being visible in the community.

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy and wellness services for older adults.
• Conduct assessments, create personalized care plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team.
• Support care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support.
• Maintain professional and ethical standards in line with company initiatives.
• Contribute to program development and continuous quality improvement.
