Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) PRN
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a PRN Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults in senior living communities. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated care model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives. The position involves delivering personalized, evidence-based care in collaboration with a team, supporting care coordination, and contributing to program development and continuous quality improvement. The posting describes predictable schedules without late nights or constant driving, along with opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, and professional development. Compensation is $38.00–$44.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Hold a current professional license in the applicable therapy discipline; the posting lists PT, PTA, OT, COTA, or SLP.

Responsibilities
