About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) on a PRN basis to provide therapy and wellness services for older adults in senior living communities. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model that connects therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives.

The PTA will work collaboratively with care teams to support residents’ independence, confidence, safety, and satisfaction. The position includes therapy, care coordination, wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support. The posting describes predictable scheduling without late nights or constant driving, along with opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, and professional development.

EmpowerMe Wellness partners with senior living communities nationwide and brings together therapy, pharmacy, and medical care through its EmpowerMe 360 program. The stated pay range is $35.00–$45.00 per hour.

• Current professional license in the physical therapy discipline, including PTA licensure.

Responsibilities
