About The Position

EmpowerMe Wellness is seeking a licensed occupational therapist to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults in senior living communities. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated care model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives.

The occupational therapist assesses residents, develops personalized care plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team. The position also supports care coordination through wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth support, and contributes to program development and continuous quality improvement. The role offers predictable schedules with no late nights or constant driving, along with opportunities for leadership, specialty programs, and professional development.

• Current professional license in occupational therapy (OT).

Responsibilities
