About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults in senior living communities. The role is part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated care model that connects therapy, wellness, and medical providers to support residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives. The therapist assesses residents, develops personalized care plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions as part of a collaborative team. The role also supports care coordination through wellness check-ins, communication with caregivers, and telehealth support. The therapist is expected to maintain professional and ethical standards, contribute to program development and quality improvement, and help residents maximize their independence, confidence, and satisfaction. The position is described as PRN and offers predictable schedules, no late nights, and no constant driving. - Current professional license in the applicable therapy discipline.
