Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) PRN
About The Position
EmpowerMe Wellness is hiring a Licensed Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and wellness services to older adults as part of EmpowerMe 360, an integrated model connecting therapy, wellness, and medical providers. The role supports residents in living stronger, safer, and more independent lives through clinical care, care coordination, and wellness services. The therapist conducts assessments, develops personalized care plans, and delivers evidence-based interventions in collaboration with a team. The position also supports wellness check-ins, caregiver communication, and telehealth, while contributing to program development and continuous quality improvement. The role is identified as PRN. Compensation is $50.00–$62.00 per hour.
Requirements
- Current professional license in the applicable therapy discipline; occupational therapists are among the listed disciplines.

Responsibilities
