About The Position

Healthcare Therapy Services (HTS) is seeking a full-time Occupational Therapist for its skilled therapy team at a senior living community in South Bend, Indiana. The community provides a continuum of care, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, assisted living, and independent living. The role offers a flexible Monday–Friday schedule of 30–40 hours per week, interdisciplinary support, and a diverse caseload spanning a wide range of diagnoses. The therapy facilities include a rehabilitation gym, an activities of daily living (ADL) kitchen, and a training bathroom.

HTS is therapist-owned and managed, with a focus on clinical excellence and patient care. The organization offers clinical programs, continuing education, therapy tools and resources, and support from a therapist-led team. HTS is also hiring PRN Occupational Therapists for occasional, as-needed work at therapy locations in St. Joseph and Elkhart Counties.

Applicants must hold an active Indiana Occupational Therapist license or be eligible to obtain one. Eligibility includes graduating from an ACOTE-accredited occupational therapy program, passing the NBCOT examination, and meeting Indiana’s licensure requirements.

Requirements

• Active Indiana Occupational Therapist license, or eligibility to obtain an Indiana license.
• Graduation from an ACOTE-accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Passing the National Board of Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT) examination and fulfillment of Indiana’s licensure requirements for those seeking licensure.
• Experience in skilled nursing or geriatric settings is preferred.
