About The Position

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator leads, directs, and manages the overall operations of a skilled nursing facility in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The Administrator organizes, develops, and directs resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care for residents and plans, implements, and achieves the community’s business objectives. The role is based at Centerburg Pointe in Centerburg, Ohio.

Requirements

Must hold a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing in the state where the facility operates.
Must know the state guidelines and regulations applicable to the facility.
Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
Must have intermediate computer skills and the ability to use various software programs.
