Requirements
- Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) credential.
- Three years of experience.
Responsibilities
- Administer the daily operations of the skilled nursing facility, including clinical, dietary, and environmental care services.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Lead and manage caregivers, nurses, and support staff to achieve exceptional patient care outcomes.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for growth and development.
- Maintain accurate records and reports in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Foster strong relationships with families, residents, and community partners.
