About The Position
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator leads, directs, and manages the overall operations of the community in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The Administrator organizes, develops, and directs resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care for each resident, and plans, implements, and achieves the community’s business objectives. This is a full-time position at Village Care of King in King, North Carolina. Requirements
- Hold a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing in the state where the facility operates.
- Have knowledge of the state guidelines and regulations applicable to the practice location.
- Have at least 1 year of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
- Possess intermediate computer skills and the ability to navigate various software programs.
