About The Position
The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator leads, directs, and manages the overall operations of the community in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The Administrator organizes, develops, and directs resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care for every resident, and plans, implements, and achieves the community’s business objectives. This position is at Pittsboro Health & Rehab Center in Pittsboro, North Carolina. It is a full-time opportunity. Program details and facility-specific benefit plans may vary.
Requirements
- Must hold a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing in the state where the facility operates.
- Must have knowledge of the state guidelines and regulations where practicing.
- Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
- Must possess intermediate computer skills and the ability to navigate various software programs.
