About The Position

The Administrator leads, directs, and manages the overall operations of Pittsboro Health & Rehab Center in accordance with company policies and procedures and applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The role organizes, develops, and directs resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care for residents and plans, implements, and achieves the community’s business objectives. The position is based at Pittsboro Health & Rehab Center in Pittsboro, North Carolina.

Requirements

• Must hold a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing in the state where operating.
• Must have knowledge of applicable state guidelines and regulations.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and be able to navigate various software programs.
