About The Position

The Licensed Nursing Home Administrator leads, directs, and manages the overall operations of a skilled nursing facility in accordance with organizational policies and procedures and applicable federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations. The Administrator organizes, develops, and directs resources to maintain the highest degree of quality care for residents and plans, implements, and achieves the community’s business objectives. The role is located at Village Care of King, 440 Ingram Drive, King, NC 27021.

Requirements

• Must hold a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator license in good standing in the state where the facility operates.
• Must have knowledge of the state guidelines and regulations applicable to the facility.
• Must have at least 1 year of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator or similar relevant supervisory experience.
• Must possess intermediate computer skills and the ability to navigate various software programs.
