Requirements
- Active state licensure as a Nursing Home Administrator.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in long-term care administration.
- Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
- Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, financial management, and human resources.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic direction and leadership to all departments within the facility.
- Ensure adherence to all state and federal regulations, including CMS guidelines.
- Oversee the facility's budget, financial planning, and cost control.
- Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
- Promote a resident-centered culture and ensure the delivery of quality care.
- Build strong relationships with residents, families, and community partners.
