LNA Licensed Nursing Assistant Full Time

About The Position
The LNA/Caregiver delivers care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment at The Arbors of Shelburne. The role is offered full time on either an evening shift from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. or a night shift from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., with pay up to $26.50 per hour. A valid LNA license is not required, but is a plus. Prior experience in skilled nursing or assisted living is preferred but not required; experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
