About The Position
The Arbors of Shelburne is seeking compassionate LNAs to join Benchmark. As an LNA/Caregiver, the main role is to deliver care to residents in a warm, comfortable, and home-like environment. The position offers full evening shifts from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. or night shifts from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., with pay of up to $26.50 per hour.
Requirements
- A valid LNA license is not required but is a plus.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
