About The Position
Benchmark at Bedford Falls is seeking a compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistant to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The role is full-time, with openings for either 3 PM to 11 PM or 11 PM to 7 AM. Pay is up to $19.00, plus shift differentials. Benefits eligibility may vary by employment status.
Requirements
- Valid PCA, HHA, or LNA license.
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.

Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional, meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
