About The Position

BrightStar Care is hiring an LNA or Caregiver to provide one-on-one, compassionate care to clients in their homes, helping them maintain independence and dignity. The role includes personal care and assistance with daily activities, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and companionship. For LNAs, it also includes supporting patient assessments and monitoring vital signs under a Registered Nurse’s supervision, and helping implement personalized care plans to promote client safety and comfort. Team members receive clinical support from Registered Nurses, flexible scheduling, weekly pay by direct deposit, paid time off, training, and opportunities for career advancement. Available schedules include days, evenings, weekends, and overnights.

Requirements

Hold a current New Hampshire LNA license or have at least one year of hands-on caregiving experience.
Have dependable transportation to travel to client homes.
Demonstrate a genuine desire to help others and a positive, respectful attitude.
Have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships with seniors and their families.

Nice To Haves

Caregiving experience in home health, assisted living, or long-term care.

Responsibilities

Provide personal care and assist clients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Assist with light housekeeping and meal preparation, and provide companionship.
For LNAs, support patient assessments and monitor vital signs under the supervision of a Registered Nurse.
Help implement personalized client care plans to ensure safety and comfort.
