LNA Licensed Nursing Assistant Full Time
About The Position
Benchmark at Rye is seeking compassionate Licensed Nursing Assistants to provide care to residents in a warm, comfortable, home-like environment. The role is offered full time, with evening shifts from 2 p.m. to 10 p.m. or night shifts from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m., at $20–$23 per hour. Licensed Nursing Assistants help residents with activities of daily living, document the care they provide, and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff. They also engage residents in meaningful activities, offer emotional support, and use customer service skills to provide exceptional, meaningful care. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- Valid CNA, HHA, or LNA license required.
Nice To Haves
- Prior experience in a skilled nursing or assisted living community is preferred but not required.
- Previous experience working with people with dementia is desired.
Responsibilities
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
- Document care provided and report changes in residents’ health or behavior to appropriate staff.
- Engage residents in meaningful activities and provide emotional support.
- Use customer service skills to ensure residents receive exceptional and meaningful care.
- Perform other duties as needed.
