Requirements
- Active Florida massage therapist license in good standing.
- Carry massage liability insurance.
- Communicate effectively with clients, spa management, and staff.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage.
- Understand and believe in the healing benefits of massage therapy and bodywork.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of other modalities, including Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Trigger Point, Pre-natal, Craniosacral, Reiki, and Deep Tissue; these are preferred but not required.
Responsibilities
- Design specific treatment plans based on each client's individual needs.
- Create an excellent experience for members and guests through a friendly and helpful attitude.
- Generate new clientele by promoting member referrals and memberships.
- Help maintain the professionalism and cleanliness of therapy rooms and common areas.
