Part Time Licensed Massage Therapist
About The Position
Squeeze is hiring a part-time Licensed Massage Therapist to provide personalized, high-quality massage services. Therapists must hold an active North Carolina Massage Therapy License and have experience in Swedish and Deep Tissue massage. The role requires adapting treatments to guest needs and delivering a positive guest experience. The position offers flexible 4-, 6-, or 8-hour shifts, with a minimum commitment of 12 hours per week across at least one weekday and one weekend day. Current scheduling needs are weekday evenings and flexible weekend availability; therapists must be available for at least one Saturday or Sunday shift. Compensation includes $30 per treatment hour, $45 for 80-minute services, $10 per hour during downtime, and $5 per guest-selected enhancement. Tips are paid weekly and are additional to base compensation. Average earnings are stated as $43–$57 per hour including tips. This is W-2 employment. It provides heated hydraulic tables, padded flooring, spacious suites, linens and supplies, professional laundry and cleaning services, and technology-enabled intake and notes. Requirements
- Active Massage Therapy License in North Carolina.
