About The Position
Hand & Stone Massage & Facial Spa – Northpoint Village is seeking passionate, professional Licensed Massage Therapists to join their busy, locally owned spa. They offer a supportive environment for therapists looking for full-time income, part-time flexibility, or supplemental evening and weekend hours, allowing therapists to focus on clients while the spa handles other aspects of the business. The spa is located in North Jacksonville (Yellow Bluff & Alta).
Requirements
- Active Florida Massage Therapy License
- Professional Liability Insurance
- Reliable, professional, and client-focused attitude
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Nice To Haves
- Afternoon, evening, and weekend availability is especially desirable.
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional massage services tailored to each client's needs
- Educate clients on treatment recommendations and wellness goals
- Recommend enhancements and upgrades when appropriate
- Maintain treatment rooms and uphold spa cleanliness standards
- Deliver an outstanding guest experience that encourages repeat visits
