About The Position

Woodhouse is hiring Licensed Massage Therapists to perform massage therapy, body treatments, and East-Meets-West treatments in accordance with licensing-board requirements, treatment protocols, and Woodhouse standards. No prior job experience is required; training is provided. The position offers flexible schedules and immediate opportunities. Full-time team members are estimated to earn $50,000–$80,000 per year, including estimated gratuities, and are eligible for a benefits package described as valued at an estimated $7,500 annually. The franchise is independently owned and operated, and hiring decisions are made by the franchisee.

Requirements

• Active massage therapist license.
• No prior job experience is required; training will be provided.
• Punctual and proactive.
• Reliable, with excellent attendance.
• Responsible for own work area and common areas.

Responsibilities

• Learn and deliver multiple massage modalities and Woodhouse treatments according to established protocols.
• Provide outstanding services to every guest.
• Review guest charts for relevant information, including contraindications.
• Educate guests about the benefits of services performed and products used during services.
• Recommend value-added enhancements and treatments to guests.
• Perform up to 7–8 massages or body wraps per day.
• Retail home-care products and explain their benefits and proper use.
• Market Woodhouse services to guests for future visits.
• Sanitize treatment rooms according to the sanitation policy.
• Electronically document session notes for every guest.
• Organize treatment rooms, preparation areas, and changing lounges.
• Develop skills through continuous education.
• Follow licensing standards set by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation and protocols and standards set by Woodhouse Spas Corporation.
• Protect the Woodhouse brand.
• Maintain a current massage therapist license.
