About The Position

Woodhouse is hiring a full-time Licensed Massage Therapist. The role performs massage therapy, body treatments, and East-Meets-West treatments in accordance with licensing-board requirements, treatment protocols, and Woodhouse standards. No job experience is necessary; training is provided. Schedules are flexible, and the estimated annual earnings are $50,000–$80,000, including estimated gratuities.

The position includes a benefits package described as valued at an estimated $7,500 annually. Responsibilities

• Become proficient in multiple massage modalities.
• Learn and deliver Woodhouse treatments according to its protocols.
• Perform outstanding services for every guest.
• Review guest charts for important information, including contraindications.
• Educate guests about the benefits of the services performed.
• Recommend value-added enhancements and treatments.
• Perform up to 7–8 massages or body wraps per day.
• Educate guests about products used during services.
• Explain home-care products and their benefits and proper use, and recommend them to guests.
• Market Woodhouse services to guests for future visits.
• Sanitize treatment rooms according to the Sanitation Policy.
• Electronically document session notes for every guest.
• Organize treatment rooms, preparation areas, and changing lounges.
• Develop skills through continuous education.
• Follow licensing standards set by the Texas Department of Licensing & Regulation and protocols and standards set by Woodhouse Spas Corporation.
• Protect the Woodhouse brand.
• Maintain a current massage therapist license.
