About The Position

Arbor Day Farm is hiring a Massage Therapist to provide customized, safe, professional, and therapeutic massage sessions at Lied Lodge on the Arbor Day Farm campus in Nebraska City, Nebraska. The role supports meaningful guest experiences and the Arbor Day Foundation’s conservation mission. The schedule is Friday through Sunday, with hours based on appointments. The therapist will work with the Spa Supervisor and collaborate with teams across the property, including Reservations and Front Desk, while supporting spa operations and maintaining professional standards.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience in massage therapy.
• Must hold a license to practice massage therapy in Nebraska.
• Knowledge of a variety of massage techniques and wellness practices.
• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Attention to detail and commitment to a high-quality spa experience.
• Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and peak business periods as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform customized massage therapy sessions using safe, professional, and therapeutic touch, flow, pressure, and draping.
• Engage with guests and help ensure their needs are met throughout their experience.
• Support spa operations by completing varied tasks and attending to operational details.
• Maintain a professional appearance and represent Lied Lodge professionally.
• Follow professional standards, safety practices, and spa protocols.
• Personalize each massage treatment to meet guests’ needs and wellness goals.
• Contribute to a culture of kindness, collaboration, and excellence.
