Licensed Massage Therapist
About The Position
Massage Heights is seeking newly licensed and experienced massage therapists to provide therapeutic massage services in a professional, safe, and serene environment. Therapists customize services for each guest, offer enhancements, and support guests in reaching their self-care and wellness goals. The role offers flexible scheduling, a steady book of business, paid training, and competitive compensation that includes tips, commission, and bonus opportunities. Full-time and part-time positions are available, with 6–8-hour shifts across day and evening schedules and one required weekend shift.
Requirements
- Current state license to perform massage therapy.
- Active liability insurance for massage therapy.
- Ability to effectively perform full-body 50-minute massage services.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment.
- Excellent guest communication skills.
Responsibilities
- Customize massage services for each guest.
- Perform service enhancements using hot stones, cupping, CBD, and aromatherapy.
- Promote the therapeutic and wellness benefits of massage therapy.
- Build relationships with guests to help them meet their self-care goals.
