About The Position

Hilton Clearwater Beach Resort & Spa is seeking a Licensed Massage Therapist to join its spa team. The therapist will use knowledge of massage modalities and techniques, provide body treatments, and learn the spa’s specific massage and body treatment offerings. The role requires excellent communication and a willingness to learn product and service knowledge to provide wellness solutions that meet guests’ needs. A current state massage therapy license is required; additional certifications and dual licensing are highly desired. The position is part-time/on-call, with potential for full-time work during high season based on performance and flexibility. Shifts vary week to week. Full-time associate benefits apply to associates working 30 or more hours. The job posting also lists an eight-hour day shift, weekday and weekend availability, holidays, and on-call scheduling.

Requirements

Current state Massage Therapy License (required).
Thorough knowledge of numerous massage modalities and techniques.
General understanding of body treatments.
Willingness to train in the spa’s massage and body treatment offerings.
Excellent communication skills.
Motivation to learn product and service knowledge to provide wellness solutions for guests.
Ability to keep a clean treatment room and follow protocols.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, independently, and as part of a team.
Availability for varying shifts, including on-call work, holidays, and weekends.

Nice To Haves

Additional certifications and/or dual licensure.
Dual Esthetician License.
Customer service experience; one year preferred.
Cosmetology License (listed as preferred).
Massage Therapy License is also listed as preferred in the posting.
