About The Position
Hand & Stone is seeking talented, reliable, and client-focused Licensed Massage Therapists to join its growing spa team. Therapists customize massage sessions to each client's needs, educate clients about routine massage therapy and wellness, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and build client relationships through referrals, retention, and membership growth. They also maintain clean, professional treatment rooms and spa facilities. The spa provides supplies, a client base, training, and professional development. Applicants must have an active South Carolina Massage Therapy License. Availability during busy times, including evenings and weekends, is especially sought.
Requirements
- Current South Carolina Massage Therapy License; applicants without an active massage therapy license should not apply.
- Professional liability insurance.
- Strong communication and customer service skills.
- Knowledge of Swedish Massage.
- Reliable, professional, and passionate about health and wellness.
Nice To Haves
- Experience in Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Trigger Point, Neuromuscular, Myofascial, Craniosacral, or other massage modalities.
- Availability during busy times, including evenings and weekends.
