Renew Massage Studio is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) to join their Denver team. The ideal candidate is passionate about massage, takes pride in providing exceptional service, and enjoys building lasting relationships with clients. This role involves engaging with clients, understanding their needs, and creating an experience that encourages repeat business. Renew Massage Studio is a locally owned, non-corporate studio founded by a female LMT, designed to support therapists with the structure of an established studio while valuing their individual skills. The studio features modern, uniquely decorated treatment rooms with electric lift tables, and provides high-quality organic products. They emphasize environmentally responsible practices and offer paid setup and turnover time.

Requirements

Valid Colorado massage therapy license and insurance.
Reliability and professionalism.
Excellent communication and client-service skills.
Ability to provide varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniques.
Genuine interest in developing relationships with clients and encouraging long-term client retention.
Comfortable engaging with clients and understanding their needs.

Nice To Haves

Experience is preferred, but newer massage therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide massage services to clients, understanding their needs and creating a positive experience.
Engage with clients to build lasting relationships and encourage rebooking.
Utilize electric lift tables and high-quality organic products.
Prepare for clients and reset between appointments with paid setup and turnover time.
Provide specialized services such as CBD Cupping, Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Work at least one regularly scheduled shift per week, with required Saturday or Sunday availability.
