About The Position

Renew Massage Studio is seeking a Part-Time Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for its new Lakewood studio. The ideal candidate is passionate about massage, dedicated to providing exceptional client service, and skilled in building client relationships to encourage repeat bookings. This is an opportunity to join a growing, locally owned studio founded by a female LMT, with a workplace designed to support therapists. The studio is modern, spacious, and easily accessible, featuring electric lift tables, high-quality organic products, and paid setup/turnover time. Renew Massage Studio has been recognized as Denver's Best Massage Studio multiple times.

Requirements

• Valid Colorado massage therapy license.
• Valid massage therapy insurance.
• Reliability and professionalism.
• Excellent communication and client-service skills.
• Ability to provide varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniques.
• Genuine interest in developing relationships with clients and encouraging long-term client retention.

Nice To Haves

• Experience is preferred, but newer massage therapists are welcome to apply.
• Comfortable engaging with clients.
• Understanding client needs.
• Creating an experience that encourages clients to return and rebook.

Responsibilities

• Provide massage therapy services to clients.
• Engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Create an exceptional client experience to encourage rebooking.
• Build and maintain lasting relationships with clients.
• Perform various massage techniques, including Deep Tissue.
• Utilize specialized services such as CBD Cupping, Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
• Manage setup before the first client and turnover between appointments.
• Work scheduled shifts, including Fridays and either Saturdays or Sundays.
