About The Position

Renew Massage Studio is seeking a Fill-In/Flex Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) for its new Lakewood location. This role is ideal for an LMT who desires flexibility and does not want to commit to a regular weekly schedule. It's a great opportunity to supplement another massage job, add a few shifts monthly, or work according to your availability while being part of the Renew team with a limited monthly commitment. The ideal candidate is passionate about massage, takes pride in providing exceptional service, is comfortable interacting with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering the high-quality experience expected from Renew therapists.

Requirements

Valid Colorado massage therapy license.
Valid massage therapy insurance.
Reliability and professionalism.
Excellent communication and client-service skills.
Ability to provide varying levels of pressure, including Deep Tissue techniques.
Commitment to providing a consistently excellent client experience.
Must work at least three shifts per month.
At least one shift per month must be a Saturday or Sunday.

Nice To Haves

Experience is preferred, but newer massage therapists are welcome to apply.

Responsibilities

Provide massage services to clients.
Engage with clients to understand their needs.
Deliver a high-quality client experience.
Perform specialized services such as CBD, Cupping, Hot Salt Stones, Prenatal Massage, and Manual Lymphatic Drainage.
Set up treatment rooms before the first client and manage turnover time between appointments.
